Free Wifi in every cottage..

Garden furniture and barbeques available at all the cottages.

Bed linen is supplied in all the cottages and each bed has a duvet and two pillows per person.

Bath and hand towels are provided in all the cottages, and consist of one each per person booked to stay, along with bath mats.

Hairdryers are provided in each cottage.

Tea towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls and cleaning agents are provided in all the cottages.

Cots and high chairs are available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding.

Log fires are available in all the cottages from October to the end of May, this is inclusive of the rental. At other times a charge will be made for logs.

Electricity: Regrettably, due to the recent rise in fuel prices, we are moving to an allowance of electricity in each cottage per week during the cooler months. From 1st January- 2nd June, and 29th September- 31st December the following amounts will be included in the rentals:

Shepherds Cottage £50.00

Till, Tweed, South Bells and Geary Shiels £40.00

Eden Cottage £30.00.

Pets: One well-behaved dog is welcome in Shepherds Cottages at the owner's discretion. The dog may not be left unattended in the property, allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. Guests are respectfully asked to exercise their dogs away from the back lawns and cut roadside verges. There is a charge of £20 for a dog.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our cottages.

Television: Each cottage is equipped with a LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. There are also CD/ radio players in each cottage. DVDs are freely available from the farmhouse.

Groceries: An order can be taken and placed in your cottage for your arrival.
