Shepherds Cottage

Shepherds Cottage is detached and has ample parking for two cars to the front and a fenced garden (which is mainly lawn and very safe for children playing) to the rear. Garden furniture and a barbeque are also provided.

Three bedrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed the other with twin beds. A third bedroom with “zip and link” beds can provide either twin or double sleeping for two people on the ground floor.

Bathroom is upstairs and has an over-bath shower.

Living room has ample comfortable seating and an LCD TV with DVD, books and board games.

Kitchen/ Dinning room is fully equipped with double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine & tumble drier. A spacious room with dinning table and chairs, and patio doors leading to the garden. There is also a wall mounted LCD T.V, and C.D/radio/cassette system.

A shower room is also located on the ground floor, providing level access shower, and toilet/wash basin facilities for guests with mobility problems. Please phone or email for full details depending on your requirements.

Heating is by a combination of night storage and panel heaters. An open fire is available at colder times of the year.

Double-glazed and carpeted throughout.
